Our main speaker will be Michael Breidenbrucker, co-founder of Last.fm and the mastermind behind RJDJ. Michael will be talking about the making of Inception: The App, along with RJDJ's future projects.
The Inception app, "a dream machine that transforms the world around you into a dreamworld," was created with Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer and it's one of the most impressive uses of 'augmented sound', having been downloaded over three million times. It's also a fantastic way to kick off our first proper Transmedia London meetup - if the Inception app isn't transmedia, we don't know what is.
Our first lightning talk is "Telling Data with Stories" by Paul Rissen and David Varela about some very intriguing work they've been doing at the BBC with narratives. We'll be following that up with Dave Addey and Alyson Fielding talking about the making of the Bafta-nominated Malcolm Tucker iPhone app.

Alda, we're currently asking people to un-RSVP is they are NOT coming. Therefore we can possibly re-open tomorrow, after we have got a better idea of numbers. We're currently at our limit

Liam WeltonFantastic event, great to meet and talk to so many interesting people and find out what they're working on. One negative would be that a PA system wouldn't have gone amiss (techie people are quiet!).

Shelley Mannion+1 guestA fantastic event. Lots of great ideas and friendly people. The only problem was with the venue, since it was very difficult to hear the speakers with another noisy event going on nearby.
